School-led Drive. Cannon Elementary is organizing the toy collection. Cannon PTA is only helping to spread the word.
Help make the holidays brighter by donating a toy to GRACE’s Christmas Cottage through Cannon Elementary.

- What to bring — A new, unwrapped toy.
- When to donate — November 30 through December 16.
- Where to leave it — Under the Christmas tree in the Cannon Elementary foyer.
Thank you for helping make the season special for local families.
How Christmas Cottage helps families
GRACE’s Christmas Cottage gives eligible local families a holiday shopping experience at no cost. Parents receive a set budget to choose donated gifts for children of all ages in a private, shop-like setting. GRACE also provides a family game, a household gift, stockings, batteries, and wrapping supplies so families can prepare their gifts at home.
Community donations stock the shelves, and volunteers help run the Cottage. GRACE says gifts for teens, sports equipment, and household items tend to run low. If you’re choosing a toy for the Cannon drive, the official wish lists can help you find ideas.
Volunteer or request holiday help
Volunteer at the Cottage
Volunteers help prepare the Cottage, support families during shopping appointments, and pack up after the season. Individual volunteers can sign up through GRACE. Groups can email volunteer@gracegrapevine.org with their availability.
Request holiday assistance
Families who live in GRACE’s service area and meet its eligibility requirements can contact a GRACE Care Manager to request a shopping appointment. GRACE recommends scheduling ahead and uploading the required documents before the visit.
